Unsolicited Marketing, Contact Form Abuse, & Robocall Policy

The contact forms, estimation request systems driven by Jobber, and phone numbers published on purepressurepro.com are strictly reserved for legitimate customer inquiries, service requests, and consumer communication. This platform may not be used by third parties, digital agencies, software developers, or B2B salespeople to transmit unsolicited commercial solicitations, sales pitches, or automated marketing messages.

By submitting a commercial sales pitch through our contact forms or by placing a marketing call/robocall to our listed business numbers, you explicitly agree to enter into a binding contractual agreement governed by the following Liquidated Damages terms:

• Form Spam Assessment Fee: Any entity utilizing our contact or estimation forms for unsolicited commercial solicitation will be invoiced a $500.00 USD administrative processing and operational disruption fee per submission.
• Robocall & Unsolicited Telemarketing Penalty: Any telemarketing call, automated voice blast, or robocall placed to our published phone numbers for commercial advertising purposes will be invoiced at a flat rate of $1,000.00 USD per phone call.
• Invoicing and Collections: Invoices issued under this policy are due within seven (7) calendar days of issuance. Pure Pressure Pros reserves the right to forward unpaid spam invoices to third-party corporate collection agencies and report non-paying entities to federal regulatory registries.
• Regulatory Reporting: All commercial form spam originating from corporate entities will be systematically logged and filed with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for formal prosecution under the CAN-SPAM Act, which carries federal statutory penalties of up to $53,088 per violation.
