Any commercial entity, competitor, or individual found utilizing our "before and after" images, promotional videos, or video ad assets without explicit, written prior authorization will be billed retroactively under our mandatory licensing structure.
- Base Licensing Fee: A flat fee of $500.00 USD will be charged per asset (image or video), per platform, for the first 30 days of unauthorized digital display.
- Social Media & Paid Advertising Penalty: A premium fee of $1,000.00 USD per asset will apply if our visual or video property is used on commercial social media profiles (including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, or Nextdoor) or within paid digital advertising campaigns (such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads) to generate leads for another business.
- Strict Payment Timeline: All retroactive licensing invoices must be paid in full within seven (7) calendar days of the initial notice issuance date. Failure to remit payment within this timeframe will result in immediate escalation.
- Legal & Collection Costs: The infringing party will be held entirely responsible for all legal fees, court costs, interest, and third-party collection agency fees incurred while recovering these penalties.
Enforcement & Remedies for Infringement
We actively monitor the internet for unauthorized use of our portfolio. In the event that our images are stolen, scraped, or misappropriated, Pure Pressure Pros will enforce its rights aggressively through the following actions:
Issuing formal Cease and Desist demands coupled with retroactive licensing fees.
Filing formal DMCA Takedown Notices directly with the infringing website's hosting provider and domain registrar to force website suspension.
Submitting De-indexing Requests to search engines (such as Google) to remove the infringing content from search visibility.
Pursuing formal legal remedies for statutory damages, unfair competition, and deceptive trade practices.
